We will work with your safety team and staff to develop a comprehensive consulting and training package designed to meet the needs of your church.
The focus will be to build a self sustaining safety ministry that is first ambassadors for Christ and then protectors of the flock.
The program can include all or any combination of the elements listed below or can be tailored around any specific goal of the church.
We will survey the current church along with associated buildings and structures for safety related physical issues, identifying any corrective actions recommended.
Review of procedures that are currently being utilized both during service times and within the regular work week.
Make recommendations and/or corrections to existing safety plan and any other related safety procedural documents currently in use.
After the finalization of a Safety Plan, build the policy and procedure manual to be used first as an onboarding tool for Safety Team members and then as a guide to how the team is organized, operates and trains team members for the various safety related duties.
This Policy Manual will have sections written to address the specific safety related requirements expected of safety team members, volunteers and staff working in the various other ministries in the church.
Produce a written member recruitment process as well as an actual application to be completed by each potential member recruited.
This process should also include an informational orientation seminal for potential members to fully understand the details of the ministry.
This process will be committed to the Policy and Procedure manual.
This is the foundation training course from which a newly formed team should be built. Recommended as a prerequisite to becoming an active member on a “Safety Team”. This initial level of training assures that team members begin with the same level of proficiency with tools such as firearms and medical equipment.
